About Alan

Alan put himself through college at Joplin’s MSSU working as a journeyman mechanic for Freightliner. He attends Wesley United Methodist Church and serves by driving the church bus for various groups, like the youth and veterans. He enjoys his free time by riding his motorcycle and backpacking. He has been very involved in scouting, having served as a Scout Master and on the Ozark Trails Council of the BSA. He has attended both national jamborees and a world jamboree and has hiked Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico several times.
